What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. They are used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use our site.

Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary for the portal to function. Without them, you cannot sign in or use the portal. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how visitors use our website and portal. PostHog operates in cookieless mode — it does not set any cookies or store data in your browser. Instead, it uses in-memory session tracking that is cleared when you close the tab. This means no personal data persists on your device from analytics.
PostHog collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on page, clicks, scroll depth, and device type. On the portal, session recordings may be captured to help us improve the experience — all personal information (names, medical details, messages) is automatically masked before recording.
Because PostHog does not set cookies or store data on your device, it is not affected by your cookie preferences. If you wish to block analytics entirely, you can use a browser extension such as an ad blocker.
Third-party cookies
If you arrive at our site via an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may set cookies on your device to measure whether the ad led to a visit or purchase. These cookies are governed by Meta's privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your Facebook ad preferences.
Our video calling infrastructure uses peer-to-peer WebRTC connections routed through Cloudflare's network and is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the family portal.
- Chrome - Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies
- Safari - Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Firefox - Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies
You can also change your cookie consent preference at any time by clearing your cookies and revisiting the site - the consent banner will reappear.
