Private briefing
This is a private page. You've been invited to see it because we trust your honest opinions... we are and always will be a feedback-focused company.
We're a small team, building the best product possible using our collective experience, but if you have thoughts on features, design, interface, pricing, potential buyers, please write to us at howard@theken.uk.

The strongest differentiator
The person buying The Ken isn't the person using it. They're the adult child, the partner, the carer. They need to know things are OK without having to phone and ask.
The Ken includes a dedicated management portal, built for the buyer. From any phone or computer, you can see:
Simple for them
The Ken doesn't require any complex gestures. No pinching, swiping, double-tapping, long-pressing, dragging, or clicking on subtle buttons.
Everything on screen is a large, clearly labelled tile. One tap does what you'd expect it to. That's it.
For anyone who finds smartphones difficult - whether due to vision, dexterity, memory, or simply not having grown up with touchscreens - this makes all the difference.
